Your order is being shipped from North Lincolnshire, UK. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

We have two options for postage:
1st class Royal Mail & 2nd Class Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Returns & Refunds
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, but if this does get damaged in transit please contact us with a photo of the damage to the item & the packaging & your order number & we will contact the delivery service.
Change Of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind & you’d like a refund, you have 28 days to return the item unused & in the same condition as you received it.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item & shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received, you will be notified. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.
